what is the result when X is rounded to the nearest hundredth?

1. when X is rounded to the nearest thousandth the result is 0.455

2. the thousandths digit of X is 5.

答案是C

如果X是 0.4549，那么近似到百分位时就只能是 0.45， 但是它近似到千分位是0.455；所以（1）不充分；

只有（2）也不能确定近似到百分位是多少；

（1）+（2）=近似到百分位一定是0.46
