3.一个地区的人均ＸＸ是用ＸＸ的总量除以总人口。已经某地区的ＸＸ总量，rounded to the nearest 1,000,000,000 is 43,000,000,000, while the population of this area, when rounded to the nearest 1,000,000 is 860,000,000. Is 人均ＸＸ within $5 of $500 in this area?
我认为rounded to the nearest 1，000，000，000 is 43，000，000，000， 这时的43，000，000，000 的取值范围应是43，499，999，999～42，500，000，000 而同理rounded to 1，000，000, 则 860，000，000的取值应是864，999，999～859，500，500 而不是机经中所说43,000,000,000可以是大于等于42500，000，000小于43500,000,000之间的数近似出来的；同理860,000,000也是大于等于855,000,000小于865,000,000. 请问我的看法有误吗？
