我的理解不一定对,大家讨论.

D错在TOTAL NUMBER.这个数量包括退休后移居FLORIDA的人数.如果移居他乡总人数增加,移居FLORIDA的百分比减少,也不能支持移居FLORIDA的人数就减少.

the passage indicates the percentage drops, not the exact number. because the total number is increasing, it is possible the actual number of retirees increase intead, if the percentage drops slightly.

本人认为C更象正确答案。题目在问: most seriously weakens " noticeable negative...". 如果C成立，“noticeable negative on local business" 肯定不可能。

请大牛指正。

这题我选了C，我觉得Ｄ也有点像，但怎么也联想不到Ｅ，离开Ｆlorida州的老人多就是给当地做老年人生意的公司没有负面影响吗，离开Ｆ州的老大人数增多了和进来的老人比例下降有什么关系吗

真是百思不得其解

偶也觉得很纳闷，有点想不通答案为什么会是D。

如果答案A也是一个前提，答案D就比较准确了。现在只能按Maggieyin说得那样去理解了

应该是说United States退休依据的总量增加了，所以虽然Florida分到的少了，但是总量不一定减少，所以不会影响到当地的退休相关服务的收入吧？？
