这道题我之前也在C跟D之前徘徊着，不过我觉得应该更重要在题目的理解上。

也就是说这个对比主要是放在international collaboration和single authors 上，但是D的对比项就扩展成为了collaborative efforts of scientists who are citizens of the same countr。显然就是无关的。因此可以排除D
