我这么觉得的

A they 没有合理指代

spoken as是个搭配所以在B C里选一个

B有两个毛病 第一个是时态 原句里没明显的时间标志表明要用过去完成时

第二个是加了and后改变了原句的结构 变成并列关系了

至于being 这个新东方常年说见了95%都是错的 我也没法解释。。。

4. during the arrangement（rose不能arrangement） of a bouquet of roses just picked from his garden
           
5. while （they） arranged a bouquet of roses （that had just been picked from his garden）此处重心转移
