问一个ｐｒｅｐ的数学题，在GOOGLE也没有找到

Is the hundredths digit of the decimal d greater than 5 ?

(1) the tenths digit of 10d is 7

(2)the thousandths digit of d/10 is 7

答案给的是Ｄ，我怎么也想不通。分明２个都推不出来啊。

eg d=0.17 10d=1.07 d/10=0.017

此题关键 *10不会改变原来每个位置上的数字大小只会移位
