assessed value降低了，但叫税的百分比不变，应该选revenue减少的选项吧。B里面的the percentage of revenue没有参照物，C里面只提到了去年比四年前少，最理想的是有个选项说The amount of revenue that Altonville collected from property taxes has declined over the past four years.
