我好像明白B的意思了，可是还是不知D错在哪?

(B)说Volcanic eruptions会引响气候又无法数量化，所以机器再准确也无法预测，因此weaken meteorologists

可是(D)说要做出新的model要先收集大量的准确的气候资料，不也说明新的机器在没有准确的数据前提下，不会更精准，因此weaken meteorologists

另外，想再请问E的relatively local weather patterns在这里该如何理解呢?我看起来E好像是说:用别的模式操作的话，目前的机器就会更精准

D 说： Frequent and accurate data about the atmosphere collected at a large number of points both on and above the ground are a prerequisite for the construction of a good model of the atmosphere.大量收集准确的大气数据，是一个好的模式建设的前提。

我觉得D 没有起到削弱的作用。这倒是有点加强的意思了。个人认为。
