大三在读；目前德汽车企实习；目标咨询公司

Background：本科外交专业，非211非985。。。[其实高考分要求挺高的；
法国交换一学期；
回国后实习至今，在某德汽车企IT部 entry -level；

Question：
通过实习接触到一些进驻公司的第三方咨询公司，或者四大的咨询部门；
部门有一个project和MIK有合作关系；

很喜欢咨询行业的工作风格、节奏；对高压力工作很期待，会觉得很充实；闲的时候会闷死。。。希望总有事做；

但对咨询依旧很不了解，
最想知道：

1）Requirements： Hard 和soft skills是什么？
2）海外留学背景重要么，有没有必要读研；
3）假如读研，什么专业适合我；本科专业类似于国际政治；选修过project management;

很心虚，小白发帖，求NN们点拨。。
