在问一题JJ题!

1.        有一道题讲商品的包装有保护法的,就是其他商品不能copy一个商品的包装,一个很有名的shampoo manufacture制造了一个三角形的瓶子,上面的盖子是金色的(好像是这样的)用来作为他们shampoo的最新包装。有一个药商引进了一种 shampoo来卖,这个shampoo的瓶子也是三角形的,但是盖子是黑白的。这个shampoo的包装明显是仿照那个有名的做的,可是这个有名的 shampoo却没有告他。问support

       只记得我选的是manufacture必须通过零售药商来卖shampoo。不知道对不对

XDJM能不能告诉我这个题目大家还记得在哪里出现过么?急.....

我觉得你选的好像与题目无关

和这个类似的是OG上的一题关于葡萄酒瓶的两个竞争厂商。不过问题不是问的support。

OG里面的。不过问题是WEAKEN

Mourdet Winery:
