ok.. this question you have to break it down first.
basically its asking you what if there isnt any actual nominees before any prospective nominees have given their consent to be nominated?
now look at the question.....
“When more than one nominee is to be named for an office, prospective nominees must consent to nomination and before giving such consent must be told who the other nominees will be."
very clear....is E --If there is more than one prospective nominee, the proposal would make it impossible for anyone to become a nominee why? think about it, if there is no nominee in the organization, which means the nomination cannot be consent, ( because there is NO ONE to consent it with!) therefore it is impossible to become a nominee.
