最怕做妇女运动的文章~~~~有高手吗?

今天做GWD,又是妇女运动的文章,,,好象遇到这个题材的文章就没怎么觉得题目做的顺过,,,而且主要是这些文章好象都写的东一块西一块没什么条理似的,不晓得大家是否也有同感...贴一段来分享一下:

 Recent feminist scholarship con-

       cerning the United States in the 1920’s

       challenges earlier interpretations that

suffrage movement.  This new scholar-

ship disputes the long-held view that

because a women’s voting bloc did not

materialize after women gained the right

suffrage a failure for not delivering on

would bring about moral, corruption-

free governance.  Asked whether

women’s suffrage was a failure, these

scholars cite the words of turn-of-the-

 (20)      century social reformer Jane Addams,

       “Why don’t you ask if suffrage in

       general is failing?”

看完这段,,,我根本就不知道这一派new scholarship的观点到底是觉得women's suffrage movement 是fail了呢,还是没fail呢...最要命的就是题目还让在本段找出作者对new scholarship的态度...做了那么多态度题,,,好象还没见过这么"隐晦"的态度,,,实在就是找不出来嘛!!!
