不理解为什么OG会说: an increase in the amount of money spent(choice E) also provide evidence that the program did fail, given the low price level.

我觉得E的错误在于原题目是说wholesale price, 这里说citizen spending, 是无关的, 请NN解惑.

是不是因为1987年居民花的钱多了, 如果考虑也有可能买的数量多的因素才不能肯定说价格肯定上涨, 进而不能说明是否非法进口药品得到控制. 但是我觉得即使是这样, 如果说数量多了, 但还是说明了非法药品数量多了啊.

是不是因为1987年居民花的钱多了, 如果考虑也有可能买的数量多的因素才不能肯定说价格肯定上涨, 进而不能说明是否非法进口药品得到控制. 但是我觉得即使是这样, 如果说数量多了, 但还是说明了非法药品数量多了啊.

我觉得OG的解释是对的。E supports the argument.

题目说illegal drug'price decreases,结合E（居民在illegal drug上的花费增加了），可见，居民购买了更多的illegal drug，而更多的illegal drug是哪来的呢，是从国外近来的。所以E证明program failed。

请指教

但是原文是wholesale price下降, 选项里面是citizen对应的零售价, 这两个应该还不是直接的联系吧, 难道说OG默认了这两个的联动关系? 不是不可以随便加条件吗?
