87. “As technologies and the demand for certain services change, many workers will lose their jobs. The responsibility for those people to adjust to such change should belong to the individual worker, not to government or to business.”

Recently, as many technologies and the demand for certain services change substantially, many workers employed in these fields have lost their jobs. Some economists argue that the responsibility for the adjustment to the unemployment should belong to the individual workers and the government or business should not be blamed or show their concerns.To my own understanding, this issue can be analyzed taken into two facts into consideration（不顺）.

Firstly, （要空格！）the cause of the obvious changes in the technologies and demands for services industry（incomplete sentence）.As we all know, the economy of a specific industry or business is closely related to the technologies and the market demand, which can brought(bring) enormous profits to the development of this industry or business, whereas when the criteria is changed by the government which regulate(s) the market due to some political reasons or business who gradually move on to another criteria to gain more revenues, they set a new standard on the market for other business to follow(too many clauses). Then, in order to catch up the market, the whole industry is going to accept the new technologies and the demands(not always caused by customers, for example, the propaganda could influent the customers’  preferences to some extent), which adversely cause workers who are familiar with  the old technologies to lose their jobs for living. Conclusively, one can not rule out the possibility that government or business is also responsible for the unemployment. They should try as hard as possible to help the individuals, on (the) one hand,the government should establish some kind of retraining classes and approve some projects for finance these workers by supplying them with allowances, and subsidies to maintain the stability of the country, on the other hand, the business should give some compensations to the former workers to encourage them to find a new job.

However, the worker should not given(give) up themselves as well and should not depend on the government and business merely, it is their only efforts to give them new chances to find a new job to survive. When a change happens, complain(t) is not the best way to adjust to the change, which can not do any better to the situation, only dropping one into a awful circle.-When you surrender to your failure, you will fail again and again and never success. So workers should help adapt their skills and knowledge to the change of the industry and of the society, for example, they can re-enter the universities to learn a new technology or they can read more the books and search on the internet about the new demand, all this can well prepare them ready to the new requirement, they could also take the training courses the government supplies. Consequently, they can positively search new jobs on the job market. I m sure that with the updated knowledge the workers will find  new jobs that he is satisfied with.

To be conclusive, The responsibility for those people to adjust to such change should not only belong to the individual worker, but also belong to government or to business. Only when all aspects(parties) regarding the issue take the issue seriously could the problem really be solved.
