外国人写的Resume第一行几乎永远是Objective，那么申请学校用的resume也要写这个么？

给商学院的申请材料中的professional resume 是不是要写objective？如果要大家会怎么写？

I put a summary at the top of my fictional virtues and started directly with my professional experience.

Remember that you're not looking for a job but presenting something that highlights your experience as part of your application.

stating "objective" in one's resume isn't exactly the same as defining long- and short-term career goals in b school application essay. if the objective is narrowly defined, it may limit a job candidate's opportunity. if the objective is aimed at covering everything, it's simply a waste of space. in my experience as a recruiter for my company to 3 top universities, my colleagues and i don't really care about the "objective" so much.

According to Wharton's standard resume template, no "Object" row. I also did not use that in my resume for application last year. I think it is not a "must".

我所有的RESUME都没搞过这个OBJECTIVE或者SUMMARY什么的

不论以前在美国找工作还是现在申请MBA
