可分解的材料和一些槊料就降解了,.还是剩下了一些槊料.可是剩下的那部份缩料和老式瓶子的被处理后的槊料一样多."

二楼的翻译是对的，作者对此可降解塑料持负面态度，因为他认为这种塑料最后产生的废料（rufuse n.)是一样多的，所以从选项中要找负面的信息
