做这题我的思路是，读完题就知道，关键是 actual flying time

在选项里找，找到C，D两项。

C有可能depends，但D一定是depends

1.因为C答案放大了scope，原scope是commerical airplane crashes

2.理所当然认为training program包括actual flying，在题干中并没有说到有包括。

这两点使得C比较牵强。

至于2楼所说的conclusion与assumption的关系，我觉得不是那么重要，我觉得conclusion也有可能是assumption
