做的时候一直在D和E之间犹豫，最终还是选了E，我是这样考虑的：D是原推理的一个假设，而E却是D的一个假设，我就选了E（如果没有E不就没有D了吗），但答案却是D，不知这种情况该怎么选，为什么不是E而是D？

There is no other information  mentioned the causal effect between the change of climate  and the similarity of sheeps.

Thus E is irrelevant choice.
