1：毫无足够的证据来证明禁止猎杀的法律能被有效实施（没有做够的证据，但是不代表就不是，其实这个是个含糊不清的信息，不足以来判断）

2：只考虑猎杀对于老虎的影响，但是没有考虑猎杀对于其他动物的影响（这个不削弱本文的结论，因为文章只有结论关于老虎的）

3：没有考虑猎杀不成功的频率（和文章要求禁止猎杀，其实有关，因为不成功频率越高，禁止猎杀的法律制定本身就没有意义，但是对于最终的结论法律实施，老虎存活的事实没有关系）

4：没有考虑以往过去政府企图限制的效果（这个是对法律实施的效率提出疑问，但是文章已经说了，if can successfully enforce, then....那么就把效率低的可能性给否定了）

5：把阻止老虎生存的障碍去除就保证老虎能生存的可能。（其实说明除了那些障碍错误的理解为唯一的障碍）打个比方姚明2.12，所以他能扣篮。那么如果我成功长到2.12，那么我也能扣篮。身高并非唯一的原因。和这个题目意思一样。

A 论证假设没有足够的保证ban能够大获成功。但是原文说了if these countries can successfully enforce this legislation，论证是依据这个立法可以成功实施做出的结论。貌似说反了。
