Many of the economists who now claim thatthe government’s plan has been successful criticized it when it was introduced. 答案是D 我选的是A：理由是，鼓励把钱存入SPECIAL ACCOUNT 就能实现PLAN，但是很多人们现在都存了进去了，可是还是要取这不就没有达到存钱的效果了么。。。不是削弱么 后来我又觉得B 对，因为大家都把钱存到WORKPLACE OFFER的FREE ACCOUNT里了，那这个SPECIAL ACCOUNT肯定就放不了了啊。。 D 怎么能是削弱啊，完全是顺着题目说的啊，把钱一点点存到SPECIAL ACCOUNT里。。
2. A. married couples in which both spouses follow the same sleeping and waking patterns also occasionally have argumetns that can jeopardize the couple's marriage/ D. people in unhappy marriages have been found to express hostility by adopting a different sleeping and waking cycle from that of their spouses. 答案是D 我选的是A， 理由是原文说MISMATCHED的SLEEPING/WAKING CYCLE破坏婚姻，那只要找出别的理由也能破坏婚姻，或是MISMATCH不会破坏婚姻不就削弱了么。。所以A不正好说的是MATCH CYCLE的一对也是会破坏婚姻的，也就是说别的理由也能破坏婚姻，不就是削弱了么。。不明白为什么错。
