Circle with centre (a,b) on the positive quadrant of the x,y plane, what's the radius? (1) (a,b)=(4,7)
(2) the shortest distance from the circle to the origin is 6

我觉得关键是on the positive quadrant of the x,y plane修饰的是centre还是circle。
如果修饰的是centre，此题选E
如果修饰的是circle，则此题选C

根据GMAC的严谨，介词修饰一般紧跟被修饰的名词，我觉得这题on the positive quadrant of the x,y plane修饰的应该是centre，否则这句应该写成
Circle on the positive quadrant of the x,y plane with centre (a,b), what's the radius?

所以我觉得这题应该选E
本来以为到我要考了应该有人发现这个问题了，结果没人问。。。
前100题就这题有点儿疑议。
