我在练习的时候虽然也知道第三点讲的降低了住院率和最终的降低保健费用的逻辑关联有点问题，但感觉自己总想不出重点来undermine这一点
我的逻辑思路就是因为减少住院率所以看病费用减少，报销的费用就小了，那么公司可以买便宜的保险，保险能cover的费用正好是报销的费用，原来的保险因为能COVER的费用大于实际报销的费用所以不买了
但我就是找不到能够undermine的一击必杀的点，总是在打擦边球感觉自己的argument很weak，所以特地请教一下大大们
