以下是引用ypatience在2004-12-17 21:24:00的发言: I think I did pretty well in the interview with the alumnus. Before he switched his career, he was in the same profession as I currently am. The guy is really nice, about my age, so I was very relaxed. My English is not bad since most of my friends and colleagues are Americans (people tell me I have little accent). I think once you have the average credentials they are looking for (GMAT, GPA and years of experience), they want to see if you are motivated and if you can answer questions. The alumnus did not even have my resume (school policy). You just need to show your enthusiam toward your career goal and that you like the school. That's why I said 'relax' in the interview. You show your confidence better and leave with them a better impression if you do so.
Thanks for sharing.
ALthough these two school are all ivy league members, Tuck's MBA program founded earlier, therefore it has better reputation and wider network in indurstry especially in US I think. In addition, it is traditionally a men's school, in which male/female unbalanced. It's good for girl to find BF there if she needs yet.
My suggestion is to go to tuck beacause I guess you want to stay in states and you are young unless I am wrong.
Congratulations to you MM.
