gmat送分问题，跪求大神帮忙！！

今天收到客服给我发了一封这样的邮件，我送分出去已经1个多月了，居然今天和我说没送出去，跪求大神帮忙！！！

I am writing to let you know that your GMAT scores were assigned to one or more of the inactive educational programs listed below.

University of British Columbia
Sauder School of Business
MS in Finance

During a system upgrade, inactive programs were made available in the list of possible programs to receive your GMAT score. Our system has been updated to remove these inactive programs and we will be refunding your fees for the those score reports assigned to the inactiveprogram(s)

in the next few days. We will send you a confirmation email when this is completed.

Please re-order your score report and choose an active program by logging into your profile athttps://www.mba.com/service/reg-profile.aspx.

A voucher number follows that you may use as payment when ordering. Upon completion, you will receive an order confirmation; please ignore any fees listed on this confirmation email.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

请问lz的问题解决了么？我的gmat也送分一个月了，学校还是没收到。gmac邮件中留的联系电话又是空号！真是急死了！！
