Well...b-schools are packed with more seasoned people that you might not feel a part of... You can consider Master's or PhD (many young MMs in those programs), provided you will enjoy an academic career after graduation.
If you choose to do an MBA before working full-time, your lack of experience will play against you both in studies and job hunting. 1st, MBA is a largely pragmatic training program that uses a lot of real-life examples, I'm afraid you cannot fully benefit from your classes and group discussions if you have no idea of what they are talking about. 2nd, landing a good job is the ultimate goal for an MBA and the first thing you do as you arrive on campus, but competing with people with at least 2 years' experience (average is 5-6 years at top schools), you will be at a huge disadvantage.
