IR 73 第2小题的答案与kaogamt的答案不一样，选哪个

我昨天刚做的模考，结果黄金IR里73 第2小题的答案与kaogamt的答案不一样，kaogmat的答案是true，解答说个别的样本不一致不会影响总的趋势。听起来好象也有道理，所以不知道听谁的。黄金IR的答案是官方的答案吗？
