不明白,怎么加强了。病人都充分了解了手术风险,医生并没有误导 -- by 会员 miffyhui (2012/3/22 8:54:33)
25% of the patient do not benefit from the surgery -- they can spend money somewhere else -- only if the doctor can tell who will not be benefit that the doctor can suggest the patient to not do the surgery
Imagine like this: if you have four people in front of you, and you only know that one of them will not be benefited, but you dont know who he is, how can you pick he out and tell him to do something else?
So, D) If the patient full understand the risks, the Dr can advise the patient to do surgery or something else respectively.
E) It is not identifiable -- thus we don't know who will not be benefit before the actual surgery -- the surgery is not avoidable
Hope this helps! Cuz I did wrong on this question too! |
