Now is the perfect time to buy a house in our city. Over the past fiveyears, average home prices in our region have nearly doubled. But average stockprices in the national stock market have actually declined over the sameperiod. So homeowners have seen an increase in value for their housinginvestment during the last five years that far exceeds what they could havemade by investing in the stock market. Our city’s residents can surely achievea similar profit over the next five years. Furthermore, if residents invest ina home, they can enjoy the use of the home while its value increase, whereasmoney invested in stocks would not contribute to their quality of life in thesame way that owning a home would. Therefore, all the residents of our cityshould invest their money in a home

想了半天也只能想到一个攻击点: 过去不能推知未来.

过去的情况不能推未来
即使可以，但是房价会涨不代表人们投资就会有利润，比如可能买房后价格上涨了但是没人买，就是所谓的有价无市
最后，买了stock的人也可以用stock来提高生活质量，比如可以开个小商店之类增加收入的吧。。
一点我的想法，不一定对

成绩出来了，5分。

我倒是覺得歷史可以推未來。連漲五年了，依歷史經驗，肯定會有修正期發生，
再不然，就是個大泡沫。這就是歷史可以推未來的明證。
相對的，連跌5年的股市，肯定會有反彈期發生，所以最佳策略是，
賣了房子買股票。
