IF the value of a piece of property decreased by 10 percent while the tax rate on the property increases by 10 percent, what is the effect on the taxes

d texes decrease by 1 percent

理解有点问题 The tax rate on the property
increased by 10 percent
是怎么理解是增加了10% 比如原来10%现在 20%

还原来10% 现在11%

价格上的表述格式和税率上的表述是一样的，那么其含义也是一样的，都是比例上的乘除
价格->X
税率->Y
原税额=XY
现税额=0.9X*1.1Y=0.99XY
这样答案也做得通~

感谢楼上我觉得理解上有歧义

我当时是举例资产 100 税率10% 税收：100*10%=10
先变为资产 90 税率20% 税收：90*0.2=18
