We are UC Berkeley MBA students and plan to sublet our house from 5/15 to 8/19. The start and end date could be flexible based on the condition of the sublettees. But it's preferable to have the sublet for at least three-month period.
About the House:
- 4 Bedrooms: 150 sq. feet (1), 170 sq. feet (2), and 190 sq. feet, all with good natural light. 3 bigger rooms with walk-in closets and the smallest room with closet.
- 2 Bathrooms: 1 downstairs, 1 upstairs
- Downstairs: living room, kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, bathroom
Benefits:
- All the rooms are furnished, with beds, bookshelves, closets, etc.
- The house is well kept and a cozy home. It's located at South Berkeley, one block away from the hustle and bustle of College Avenue. It's very convenient to cafes, restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
- It's a convenient and safe neighborhood. Our house has a private garden in front, which keeps us from the street noise. We are less than 1 mile away from the UC Berkeley. We walk to school every day and it takes only 15 mins. The 51B bus line is one block away from our home, which runs through the major areas of Berkeley campus.
- Free-WIFI
- Kitchen is equipped with kinds of cooking pots and utensils. We also provide a dishwasher, microwave and toaster. There's a pantry closet on the side of the kitchen.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY, We are very nice people and hope to find good tenants to sublet our lovely house in the summer.
