any product or service that can be obtained from an independent supplier for less than it would cost the company to provide the product or service on its own should be outsourced. c选项是为support这句话举的例子

我一开始也选的C.

个人认为C weaken的是conclusion, --- the service obtained for less should be outsourced.

但是题目是让我们weaken the argument, 也就是 the lower cost of outsourced service 与公司的 highest proft 目标相符.

B说的是critical information 泄露使得outsourcing与公司目标不相符, 所以直接weaken的是argument.
