Please know that the Master of Finance program you are inquiring about is offered by and held at Penn State Great Valley, (not the Smeal College of Business).  enn State Great Valley is a branch campus of The Pennsylvania State University. enn State Great Valley is located in a corporate park outside of Philadelphia, PA, about 3 hours away from the main Penn State University Park campus in State College, PA. enn State Great Valley has no residence facilities or public transportation.
If you are interested in a more full-time residential experience, including housing, day time classes, and public transportation, or if you require financial assistance (including graduate assistantships), you may want to consider a graduate program at our main campus, University Park, in State College, Pennsylvania. Although they do not offer a Master of Finance, they do offer several other business programs, such as an MBA with a concentration in Finance (http://www.smeal.psu.edu/mba/curric.html/concen.html) or a Ph.D. in Business with a Finance emphasis (www.smeal.psu.edu/phd/finance). lease go to the Penn State University Graduate School website at www.gradsch.psu.edu for a complete list of all graduate programs offered at the University Park campus.

这难道说明这个项目不是smeal business college底下的？拿到的学位证是PSU的么？而且说没有住宿和公共交通，在荒郊野岭的地方上课？
