原文说言论自由很重要；答案D说社会秩序也重要。给出他因，是否应该就是undermine原文？可答案为什么说是NOT undermine呢？谢谢！

这不是undermine，只是提出了一个补充。

同意楼上的，文中说FREEDOM OF SPEECH是不可少的，只是必要条件，所以补充另一个必要条件不会有UNDERMINE的效果

驳斥成立的话应当是排除言论自由的存在
