Q19:
Which of the following is equal to (2^12 – 2^6) / (2^6 – 2^3)?

A.2^6 + 2^3
B.2^6 - 2^3
C.2^9
D.2^3
E.2

这题的答案是A...我自己验算过后也是，可是我想请问我原来的算法哪里错了?
我原来的算法是
2^6(2^2-2^1)/2^3(2^2-2^1)
这样一来可以把(2^2-2^1)约掉...剩下2^6/2^3
这样的结果不就是2^6-2^3吗?

楼主对幂运算不够熟悉
原式=2^6（2^6-1)/2^3(2^3-1)=2^3(2^3+1)(2^3-1)/(2^3-1)=2^3(2^3+1)=2^6+2^3
Remember: x^a*x^b=x^(a+b), not x^(ab). Strongly recommend you review the math introduction sections in OG. Hope it helps and good luck.
