有两只关于名人的作文狗一直没有人过来认领。。。。。把它们单独牵出来遛遛。。。看看有没有好心人认领一下~~~最好是正反都给一点~~~

1.Celebrities are uniquely qualified to efficiently address social problems, because of their high-profile status and access to resources.（未找到）4次上升

2.Public figures should avoid expressing opinions about things that they have not personally experienced or been directly affected by.

得寸进尺一下。。。又来一只流浪狗

To preserve national security, the governments should be authorized to keep secret the information as they wish.

1. Celebrities are uniquely qualified to efficiently address social problems, because of their high-profile status. people would like to listen to them and believe them in terms of their prestige and status. For example, Warren Buffet. direct people about the stock market.

2.celebraty are extremely appropriate to allege some problems because of their abundant resources. Use the Asymmetric Information Theory to explain your point.

3 Admittedly, they are not always that effective. Sometimes they are representive of certain interest groups.

1.名人效应，利用知名度可以将一些观点和呼吁更广泛地传递给大众
比如慈善，环境保护问题
2.知名度的作用还不够，名人并不一定了解特定社会问题的背景，也就不一定能提出好的解决办法比如收入分配不均，教育制度问题
3.并不是只有名人才可以有效解决社会问题，复杂的社会问题更多依赖于专家的分析并提出解决方案

我四月的一战就是1号臭狗......憋死我了当时～我也不是特别有想法，就说一点点吧。我觉得反比较好说
正：名人社会影响力大，社会关注度高，因此在问题面前有很强的号召力，对于解决问题有帮助，因此应该×××
反：就算是名人有high-profile status and access to resources，也不意味着他们就有足够的能力去address social problems；就算他们有能力address social problems，也不意味着就能efficiently；就算能够efficiently，能说Celebrities就是qualified to；就算以上都是成立的，这也不能说单纯的是因为their high-profile status and access to resources，因为就算celebrities有high-profile status and access to resources在事情面前也不是都能够address problems，因此，更多的是需要他们对待问题的责任心和对待问题的态度

it depends.

有些时候不应该express，因为有些问题他们并不了解，需要专业的知识，他们肆意发表自己的看法只是误导，甚至损害自己的形象。另外，有些问题比较的有争议，他们不应该公开发表言论。

2.但是我们也应注意到，有些问题，虽然和他们没有直接关系，也不是个人经历，但是他们可以通过发表言论，自己的公众价值，而带来更大的社会效应。比如说，捐款赈灾。

小讨论一下。。。。
正面：
1·government official 确实受到很多限制，他们的权利是分散的，没有人可以单独做决定
2。企业掌握着和人们息息相关的生活资源，企业家可以通过影响企业来影响社会，给个例子，石油大王什么的

负面：
1。企业的行为是要受到政府的管制的，需要被政府支持
2。在有些highly centralizaion的国家，企业的影响很小，政府的影响很大

这两只狗狗很可怜。。。有人认领一下吗
