十万火急！求助关于数学的均值问题!
A certain city with a population of 132,000 is to be divided into 11 voting districuts, and no district is to have a population that is more than 10% greater than the population of any other district. What’s the Minimum possible population that the least populated distirct could be?

A.10,700

B.10,800

C.10,900

D.11,000

E.11,100

我的思路：假设最大的为X,最小的为Y, 据题意应有：
X-Y<=0.1Y, 则
Y>=1.1X

可为什么就能得出11,000的答案呢？难道就是为了取整？这也太牵强了吧？

错了楼主，is more than 10% greater than the population of any other district. 要以any other district为100%
设其他10个区都相等为X
设any other district为y=10/11X x=y*110%
然后10X+y=132000
X=12100 y=11000

这种题目其实问题是我们的英语理解，如果考试的时候有你那种做法做出来的选项估计就选上了，还好ETS没这么变态，语法理解不是考点。
