置疑阅读寂静５１题原文答案：
我认为应该选D
Q14. According to the passage, analysis of quantitative factors is best used for which of the following?
A. Determining strategies for offsetting qualitative disadvantages in manufacturing site locations
B. Evaluating manufacturing site-location parameters affecting long-term competitive advantage
C. Choosing manufacturing site locations that have access to optimal workforce populations

E. Making decisions about business considerations other than location of manufacturing sites

你看文章的最后一句话说用QUALITATIVE 选过LOCATIONS 之后可以用QUANTITIVE （cost based）从这些选出的LOCATIONS里面选
就是选完又选的意思
“site locations that have access to optimal workforce populations” 是靠QUALITATIVE METHOD 选出来的
所以 USE "analysis of quantitative factors" 再次选择是对的
答案： C

支持答案D，GWD版本给的答案可能有问题，需要自己分析得出正确结论

C选项：1： “...locations that have access to optimal workforce populations”不等于“靠QUALITATIVE METHOD 选出来的”，有change scope之嫌
2：“Choosing manufacturing site locations...”有问题，至少应该是 Choosing AMONG manufacturing site locations... 一字之差，意思完全相反

D选项：也有轻微问题，“it”不知所云，IMO可能是GWD的笔误，但除此之外基本完美，就是对原文最后两句的改写
