Not all schools require full-time work experience for admission. All schools do require you to report this because they put such stats on their website, and submit them to organisations like businessweek. The requirement to report should not be confused with the requirement that you have work experience. Many top schools (Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, Chicago, Columbia, etc) take students with no work experience.

Having said that, if you do report it, 'full-time work experience' includes full-time work after graduating from a minimum of college (ie masters and PhD work does not count, and neither does internships).
