Verbal

1. CR: 说一个地方沿着旧铁路线盖了单车道，单车道的使用量也很不错，但为何附近的地价仍然不高?

2. CR: 一个什么art progam，一个学校采用了那个art program，结果效果比其他12间没有采用该program的效果好，故应该将该progrm推到别的学校去，但一个官员反对，问为什么?
