Has automobile improved our life?

Some people believe that automobile has improved our lift and other people hold a negative attitude. Different people have different reasons. I have to say that, if I faced such question, I agree with former one. In the following discussion, I will reason and provide evidences to support my point.

First in the plain place, I am presenting here, is that it is very convenient for us in daily life if we have a car. With the developing of the city, I cannot image that I have not a car. Without it, I would waste more than 1 hour per day on the commute and more than half hours when going to the nearest supermarket. Furthermore, we can drive the car for a short trip with our family in the weekend. We would have a lot of fun and improve the relationship of family during the trip. How fantastic it is!

Secondly, behind the critical reason, we feel relax and comfortable when driving a car. In the modern world, we work under the heavy pressure every day. As for many people like me, driving is one of the most effective ways to release the pressure: listening the radio, feeling the wind and speeding on the highway.

However, automobile has also brought some side effects.

We need learn how to drive a car and certify a drive license, pay the monthly gas and insurance fee and be worried about the traffic accident. Nevertheless, considering about the benefits, the advantages of the automobile are more overweight that the disadvantages of the automobile. Thus, the conclusion is obvious.

In sum up, given the reasons discussed above, we can safely reach the conclusion that the automobile has improved our life significantly. In fact, not only do I prefer to use the automobile to improve our life but also prefer to find the solution to reduce its disadvantage.
