我下了费费逻辑宝典135和feifei_logic_with_exp_20040629这两个版本的word文件。做到第38道题时发现前一份的答案是A，后一份带解释的选的却是D。而我自己选的是D。。。。

A选项中 如果取非 也没削弱啊 所以应该选A吧
