I have the same problem. I graduated in Shanghai and worked in Big 4 for a few months before I came here. I'm working in a tiny CA firm, I can't see any future here. The pay is too low and the learning oppurtunity is almost none. If I were you, I will try and try again until get hired by a big international company. They might transfer you back to Shanghai, but you will earn a lot more.

回国吧，看你年纪也不是很大，回国找个好公司，不要怕刚开始的级别低，只要年轻，有能力就会有机会。在美国的小公司干几年，以后不管往中国还是美国跳，经验都不不会太承认，还得从头开始。

真的LZ, 要看你在什么样的公司任职.国内没有你想象的那么差,虽然形势不好但是大公司(top 500)依然要招人.而且，只要有能力，2年的时间差不多就get promotion.
