这题感觉没有什么太大问题
因为作为削弱就应该是找出一个原因来说明原文中的结果是如何发生的
而这个原因最好就是和原文没有什么直接联系但又要能够解释原文
a中的解释是可以被接受的

我觉得结论说大公司比小公司更困难,要反对结论就说小公司比大公司更困难,A就是这样的答案。

个人感觉答案确实有点牵强。原文说safety    regulation    给大企业带来了更多的困难,而答案在说:大企业有更多的资金储备,只能说明大企业有实力解决这些困难。
