I think should be B

if only with statment B, then n could be 1 or 4.

if both together, then n only can be 4.

so i think the answer should be C.

N=1,2,4,5  相应的 M=100,50,25,20

A) m和n不是质数, SO排除N=2,5 

B) n是一个完全平方数,SO N=1和N=4时符合条件。1也是完全平方数。

若问m和n的确切得数，两条件结合在一起也不充分。
