Wharton's real estate department has impeccable reputation in the States. It'd be a good choice if have 2 years to spare

If you can spare only 1 year, then I'd recommend MIT or Columbia. The chairman of the Center of Real Estate said that a typical class of their 1-year program includes a few architects, MEP engineers, construction managers, and a few from valuation firms
