安裝Prep發生error

我在安裝Prep時發生error

沒有辦法安裝

error message如下

Set up has experienced an error

Please do the following:

-Close any running program

-Empty your temporary folder

-Check your Internet conenction

Then try to run the setup again

The error code:-6002

上面那三個方法我都試過  但是都無效

請問各位有什麼辦法解決嗎?
