关于a比b多/少Percent的题目分母是A还是B？

比如

tom bought 2 APPLE 60cents, mary bought 3 apples 75cents, what percent is one apple mary bought less than that of tom

差距是30-25=5没问题，问题是应该是5/30(Tom)还是5/25（Mary）？

总是在这种问题上郁闷。。。
