大家帮看下：Describe your greatest achievement to date. What effect has this achievement had on others?

这里的to date指的是必须写明时间么？？ on others指的是effect其他人了还是effect其他achievement 了呢？~~好心人帮看一下~~很困惑~~谢谢！~~

"To Date" means "until now".

"Others" means "other people".

"to date" is an official idiomatic meaning "until now"

The 2nd part of question is asking about your "achievement" to effect "other people"
