一头雾水的一道语法题

我觉得这题的E存在歧义的，会使人感觉是不是修饰主语，但是按照这里的意思是修饰local time。。

所以我觉得是B比较对吧。。或者我错在哪里啊？

按照文章的意思是times被determined或differing，AB中的was错误。

E的没有错误，-ed和ing并列修饰前面的名词，作定语，并且是由两个逗号包起来的，作插入语，不会去修饰主语。

那请教一下，如果local times是表示当地时间是复数？如果是的话。B中改了which were  ved

and which ved是不是最好？
