[求助]JJs ＂WITH＂的用法

我发现好几人说在考试中遇到With + 动名词.

请教＂WITH＂的用法。特别是什么时候用With + 动名词。

一般是独立主格结构时。

独立主格结构的形式（摘自白勇语法）
（1） 一般独立主格：名词+名词，名词+形容词，名词+分词，名词+介词
（2） 逻辑紧密型独立主格：with+名词+名词/形容词/分词/介词
（3） 强调型独立主格：each+名词+名词/形容词/分词/介词

分词的例子一下子没找到，+名词的独立主格结构我正好存了一个例子：
